Python Job: Product Manager

Our client is a global and innovative leader in the field of home appliances and mobile technology. With the continuous expansion of their business, we are now looking for a hard-working Product Administrator to join the team.

The Product administrator will be the key part in the registration of the new sample or inventory and liaise the status of sample registration details with internal stakeholders and Processing of loans to internal staff and follow-up adjustments.

About the role:

• Daily monitoring of inventory status, stock reporting, and warehouse stocktaking.
• Processing of Test SIM card loan to internal staff, follow up on PUK codes, replacements, or any issues.
• Vendor invoices claim and reconciliation, chargeback claim to HQ/R&D liaising with finance and global operation team.
• Management of inventory/historical data analysis, improvement of processes.
• Management of self-audit, internal / HQ audit on inventory/warehouse/expense management.

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in scripting desirable (Python, SQL, Excel VBA).
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge or experience using SAP (desirable but not mandatory)
• Very strong attention to detail – accuracy.
• Diligent work ethic, well organise, and solution-focused.
